Today, the hot news I want to share with you is the most expected extension upgrade – Reward Points Pro V4.3.1. Why is it so noticeable? 

The special feature is that it allows you to instantly monitor the result of your reward point program. Especially, these reports are smartly displayed in charts and tables.

 Specifically, the upgrade module provides the following reports:

1. Overview of program

New feature allows administrator to track total rewarded points and redeemed points in a simple line chart as below:

Instead of line chart, you can also view the overview in table and export it to CSV file as well. 

 2. Detailed analysis of rewarded points

 Admin can easily track the detailed proportion of each activity groups that earn rewarded points.

 In detail, the pie chart displays percentages of rewarded points divided according to7 different groups. 

The Statistic box on the right also shows you further useful information. Based on this result, you have deeper understanding

of customer’s behaviors to adjust the current program or come up with new strategic ideas.

 Similar to overview part, this result can be shown in table and exported to CSV file for other purposes conveniently. 

 3. Redeemed points report
