Your extension includes 1 year Free Support and Upgrades to guarantee your extension works as advertised. If our extension has a conflict with another extension or theme, please submit a ticket to our help desk and we will normally respond within 1 business day.

If you would like further individual customization such as adding a new feature, theme/style modifications or integration with another extension we offer our customization package to fulfill your particular needs.

Please purchase a customization package, then submit a detailed request on our support page. Attach any screenshots to help us understand your needs. We will respond to you quickly.

Please note: our regular support tickets take priority over customization requests so a short delay may be experienced.

•  $25 Quick customization requests (up to 1 hour)
•  $49 (up to 2 hours customization)
•  $99 (up to 4 hours customization. For extensions, Reward Points, Affiliate Pro, Free Gift & Help Desk)
