Do your extensions support multi domains? How do I pay for the licenses?

MageWorld’s license is good for one Magento installation including multiple sites/domains sharing the same backend. For extra installations, please purchase additional licenses. Discounts maybe available. Please contact our sales dept.

After purchasing a product for a live site, can I use it on a development site for testing?

Yes, after purchasing a product for a live site, you can use it on a development site for testing. Please refer to our License Activation Guide for more details.

How to upgrade products?

Download latest version of extension in My Account – My Downloads. Free Upgrades are available for 1 year after purchase. Further upgrades are available with discount. In My Downloads, click Upgrade link beside the extension you would like to purchase upgrade.

How can I get company invoices after purchasing?

Log into your account, go to My Orders / View Order / Invoices, select Print Invoices to print the detail invoices with our official address etc.

How long will it take before I receive my products after purchasing?

Right after your purchase, the download link will become available. If no download link is provided within 12 hours, please contact us. We will help you deal with any problem at the earliest possible time at your convenience.
In case you bought our template with additional extensions, after your purchase, we will send these additional extensions to you as soon as possible. If within 12 hours you have not received them, please contact us.

In what case will the refund be applied?

The request for refund is only accepted within a 30-day period from the date of purchase. After 30 days from the date of purchase, the refund is not applied.
You also cannot ask for a refund for the installation service or custom service.


INSTALLATION, USER GUIDE, TRANSLATION,

My template is not in the default package of magento. So the extension does not work on the frontend. How to fix this?

You need to copy all template, skin, layout files on our extension to your custom package. For example:
+ Copy all files and folders from the path app/design/frontend/default/default/layout/ on our extension to the path app/design/frontend/custom_package/custom_layout/layout/ on your server
+ Copy all files and folders from the path app/design/frontend/default/default/template/ on our extension to the path app/design/frontend/custom_package/custom_template/template/ on your server
+ Copy all files and folders from the path skin/frontend/default/default/ on our extension to the path skin/frontend/custom_package/custom_skin/ on your server.
If you don't know custom_package, custom_template, custom_layout, custom_skin, you can check it in the back-end > System > Configuration > Design > In the General tab, they are the information you need.
Current Package Name is the value of custom_package
Template is the value of custom_template
Layout is the value of custom_layout
Skin is the value of custom_skin

After installing I can create rules but they are not showing up in front end?

Check to make sure you have 'enabled' your extension in the configuration tab

I get "MW_Mcore required" error after installing your extension. How to resolve this error?

If you have any problem with license activation or Mcore module, please download and install the latest Mcore module here.

I installed your extension and now get the “404 not found” page in the backend. How to solve this?

If you got this problem, please do as follows:
1, Go to system-> cache management and clear cache
2, Log out from Admin Panel
3, Log back in.

What should I do after purchasing your installation service?

After you purchase our installation service, please submit a ticket with your FTP account and Backend access and refer to our Support Guidelines for additional help.

I purchase your installation service and submit a ticket, when can I get the extension installed?

In working days (from Monday to Friday), we will complete it within 24 hours after we receive all the information from you. If you submit a ticket on Saturday or Sunday, the completion will be carried out not sooner than next Monday.

I purchased your installation service, but I can install it myself, so could I request a refund?

Yes, please submit a ticket and request either a refund or have the fee converted to Reward Points for your next purchase.

Where can I get the user guide for an extension?

You can find our user guide in the extension package if that extension is provided with a user guide. Most of our extensions are provided with their user guides. You may also look on the left column of our wikipages for all user guides

My webshop is in the Dutch Language, how to translate your modules into this language?

You can translate the modules into this language through one of the two following ways:
1, Use Inline translation tool by going to the backend > System > Configuration > Developer > Translate Inline
2, Use cvs translation file: By default, the language of our extensions is English. If you want to translate it into other languages, please go to the folder \magento_root_app\locale\en_US\MW_modulename.csv and copy this csv file to your current locale folder, then translate the text string of the second row.

After I install the extension by following the instructions, I receive the message "Base table already exist". How to fix this?

You can fixit as follows:
+ Go to phpMyadmin > drop the tables that already exist.
+ Go to the table core_resource > delete the record that has the value of the “Code” field to be "extensionname_setup". For example: affiliate_setup, rewardpoitns_setup, helpdesk_setup.....
+ Refresh magento cache in the back-end.

After I install the extension by following the instructions, I receive the message "Base table ... doesn't exist". How to fix this?

The problem is caused of running SQL unsuccessfully during the extension installation. You can fix it as follows:
+ Go to phpMyadmin > table core_resource > delete the record that has the value of the “Code” field to be "extensionname_setup". For example: affiliate_setup, rewardpoints_setup, helpdesk_setup.....
+ Drop all the tables of this extension. As usual, the tables of our extension start with prefix mw_extensioname_...
+ Finally Go to the backend to refresh magento cache.
If the problem still exists, please try to take the steps again from the first step. If it is still not fixed, please contact our support team for the support.

I get a JS/CSS issue after installing your extension. What I need to do?

If you find any JS/Jquery conflict or CSS issue, please submit a ticket to our technical support department with your FTP and backend access.

What is included in the Magento extension package?

Our extension packages include everything needed for a Magento extension and an instruction file so that you can make it work.

What browsers are your Magento extensions compatible with?

Our Magento extensions are compatible with all popular browsers including: IE 7+, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Opera 9+ and Google Chrome.

Are your extensions compatible with some extensions of other developers?

Yes, our extensions can work well with extensions of other developers in almost all cases. Beside, our technical team also help check

Are your extensions open source or encrypted?

All of our extensions are developed on open source platform

Are the extensions translatable?

Yes, all of our extensions are translatable. You can translate the extensions through one of the 2 following ways:
1, Use Inline translation tool by going to the backend > System > Configuration > Developer > Translate Inline
2, Use cvs translation file: By default, the language of our extensions is English. If you want to translate it into other languages, please go to the folder \magento_root_app\locale\en_US\MW_modulename.csv and copy this csv file to your current locale folder, then translate the text string of the second row
3, Clear the transaction cache after you translate the text inline or using CSV translation file. (Go System => Cache Management and refresh Translation cache)

What should I do if I can’t install the Magento extension?

If you follow our installation instructions but you cannot get it done, firstly, you should take a look at the Installation FAQ below or our General Installation Instructions. If you still have problems, please submit a ticket on Mage-World.com.

My extension update and support have expired, but I found a bug with your extension. Can I get it fixed?

If you found a bug with our extension, we will fix it for you. However, we consider a reported issue to be a bug when the following is true:
- The problem can be reproduced on a fresh Magento installation (but please make sure to provide us with the details of the problem; as in case the description is insufficient, our QA team may fail to reproduce the situation);
- Your Magento version is officially supported by the version of an extension which is in the support period; If the issue you have reported is confirmed as a bug of an extension, you will be provided with a fix for this issue.

How can I find out when a new version of an extension is released?

When we release a new version of an extension, all the information about the new version will be available on our Blog. We also will send the information about extension updates and releases to the subscribers through our Newsletter. For more details of extension updates, please take a look at the ChangeLog.

What is included in the Magento theme package?

Our theme packages contain everything needed for your Magento online webshop. They include all files for homepage, categories, product-pages, shopping cart, account, checkout, CMS-pages, etc. In addition, all necessary javascript-libraries, CSS, images, etc are also offered. Those packages do not include any extension that we show in the frontend (for example: easy banner, new product…) If you want to use these extensions, you need to purchase them.

Are the Magento themes compatible with all browsers?

Our themes have been thoroughly tested and proved to be compatible with all popular browsers: IE 7+, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Opera 9+ and Google Chrome.

Do magento themes support multi languages?

All of our themes apply Magento translations for all displayed texts. We also provide all layered PSDs with the special buttons that help you to simply translate the texts into your language.
