Installation service includes, but not limited to:

• Perform installing of our extensions and themes to meet customers’ specific requirements
• Guarantee the accurate and properly processing and operation after installation, consistent with the Live Demo Site and the functionality specification of product.
• Provide complete installation with more simple and flexible utilities and tools for users.
• We do not provide services for other providers’ product (No liability for third-party products)
• $50 fee is charged for each installation of Mage-World extension or theme. In case you need more customizations on functionality or theme to meet your specific needs, the price will be calculated based on estimated working hours. We do not accept refund after successful installation.
• To proceed with the installation of our products we need:
  • FTP (and SSH) access to your server (including your host or IP address, the username and the password).
  • Access to your server control panel or database manager to setup a MySQL database (MySQL database username, MySQL database password, MySQL database name).
  • Access to your Magento administration panel (login and password).

We perform the installation in the fastest and most effective manner. Usually, it takes up to one business day. By using our installation service, you void any technical problems or issues from the beginning.
