Overview

In order to raise the customer’s willingness to pay for any goods and services, beside the Reward Points Pro, we offer other Magento Extension named Customer Credit Pro. The availability of Customer Credit Pro allows your customers get credit when returning products, sending and receiving credit from their friends, etc. Especially, it would be a good idea for you to use Credit Extension as a supplementary product along with Reward Point Extension, so that customer can exchange credit to point and vice versus.

How does it work?

Frontend

• Allow the customers to use credit to pay for their purchase on the website.
• Enable the customers to manage their credit such as checking the current credit number, credit/money and credit/point rate (if Reward Point Extension is available).
• Enable the customers to exchange point to credit (if Reward Point Extension is available).
• Allow the customers send this credit to their friends.

Backend

Admin can give credit to or back to the customers when they return the products. Admin also view the transaction history of customers as well as configure some following parameters:

• Show Credit/Money and Credit/Point rate (if Reward Point Extension is available)
• Maximize the number of credit to checkout
• Allow send credit to friend
• Maximize the the number of credit each sending time
• Allow exchange Credit to Point (if Reward Point Extension is available)
• Allow send email to friends when sending credit to them.
