1. What payment options do you support?

At hello-magento.com, we gladly accept several payment methods including Money Bookers, 2 CheckOut. You can send us your payment via Visa, Mastercard or all other kinds of credit cards.

2. How long will it take before I receive my products after purchase?

Right after your purchase, the download link will become available. If no download link is provided within 12 hours, please contact us. We will help you deal with any problem at the earliest possible time at your convenience.

When you purchase an extension or theme with some additional extensions. After your purchase,we will send these additional extensions to you as soon as possible. If within 12 hours you have not received them, please contact us.

3. In what case will the refund be applied?

We believe our services will meet your complete satisfaction. However, in case any problems occur, please notify us. Our refund policy is applicable in case the buyer would like to get money for unused or unexpired services on his account. In the event that a product is defective or does not function as specified, a refund will be obtained.

4. How to upgrade products?

You can contact us to get the upgrade of the product you buy. It means if you want the new version 1.2 from 1.1, please tell us. If there are small changes in the product version, upgrade will be free ( Example It is free for new version from 1.x to 1.y). However, when the product version is complemented with a lot more features or functions (we will release a new version, example from 1.x to 2.x), you need to pay to get the new version.

5. What is included in the magento extension package?

Our extension packages include everything needed for a Magento extension and an instruction file so that you can make it work.

6. What browsers are your Magento extensions compatible with?

Our Magento extensions are compatible with all popular browsers including Firefox 2.x, Firefox 3.x, Internet Explorer 6.x, Internet Explorer 7.x, Internet Explorer 8.x, Opera 9.x, Safari, and Google Chrome 1.x. Or It will be specfied in the description of each extension.

7. What should I do if I can’t install the Magento extension?

If you follow our installation instructions but you can not get it done, please contact us.

8. What is included in the magento theme package?

Our theme packages contain everything needed for your Magento online webshop. This includes all files for homepage, categories, product-pages, shopping cart, account, checkout, CMS-pages, etc. In addition, all necessary javascript-libraries, CSS, images, etc are also offered. This package does not include any extension that we show in the frontend ( example: easy banner, new product…) If you want to use these extension, you need to purchase them.

9. Are the Magento themes compatible with all browsers?

Our themes have been thoroughly tested and prove to be compatible with all popular browsers: Firefox 2.x, Firefox 3.x, Internet Explorer 6.x, Internet Explorer 7.x, Internet Explorer 8.x, Opera 9.x, Safari, and Google Chrome 1.x.

10. Do magento themes support multi languages?

All our themes apply Magento translations for all displayed texts. We also provide all layered PSDs with the special buttons will enable you to simply translate the texts into your language.
