Advance Delivery Schedule is an useful extension that add more step on checkout process so customer can select a delivery date and leave a comment

| Installation Guide | 1, Copy folder app, skin, js into magento root.
2, Go to Admin, and making sure that the cache have been cleared then you will see the tab
DELIVERY SCHEDULE in admin panel.
3, Goto Admin->System->Configuration->Delivery Schedule( in left side) and change any attribute
you want ( if there is message "access denied", please log out and login again):
Number of Weeks: Maximum number of weeks that customer can select delivery date. Example: 4 the
user can select day in 4 week next from current time.
Maximum number of Bookings per shift: Allow to define maximum number of Bookings per shift.
Schedule Title: Title of Schedule in delivery information section on checkout page
1st deliver window: define duration ( morning)
2st delivery windwow: deine duration (evening)
Deliver Saturdays: Allow deliver on satuday or not
Deliver Sundays: Allo deliver on Sundays or not
Enable Comment: Allow customer leave a comment
